Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all orders.

Please refer to our Refund Rolicy also, to learn how we handle refunds.

Return Period:

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Returns shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.
  • To cancel an order that is successfully paid, but hasn't shipped yet, you need to send us an e-mail immediately to contact@yvesjavanni.com.
  • We will do our best to cancel an order before it is shipped out, so please be swift in your cancellation request.
  • Once an order is shipped out, it cannot be cancelled but instead has to be received, and then returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number.
  • All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns via local Postal Service due to long delivery times.

Customs Charges:

  • Any returns that incur customs charges will be covered by the buyer, either through an invoice or deducted from the original refund.
  • For a faster refund process, we recommend the sender pay all customs duties.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • All returns must be in the original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or carry a used scent.
  • For declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the buyer, and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, contact us at contact@yvesjavanni.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order that is successfully paid, you need to send us an e-mail immediately to contact@yvesjavanni.com.
  • We will do our best to cancel an order before it is shipped out, so please be swift in your cancellation request.

Defects and Wrong Items:

  • For defects and wrong items, contact Yves Javanni by email at contact@yvesjavanni.com within 7 days, including the order number and photographic evidence.
  • In such cases, we will provide a return label for you to ship the defective or wrong item back to us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
