Order
Yes, we ship all over the world, free of charge to you. All orders are delivered via Express Delivery by DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Please note: Due to the ongoing war, we cannot deliver to Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus at this current time.
After succesful payment, it takes 24-48 hours to dispatch your package, and on average 3 business days to arrive within the EU, and 5-7 business days outside the EU.
Please note: any possible customs charges are paid by the customer upon arrival of ordered product(s).
To cancel an order that is successfully paid, you need to send us an e-mail to contact@yvesjavanni.com immediately. We will do our very best to process your cancellation request, before your order ships out so please be swift in the event you want to cancel an order made.
We accept various payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Once your product is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, with a unique shipment tracking number. You can track your order's delivery status through our "Track Your Order" button, found on our homepage.
Delivery
We have multiple warehouses, located in Sweden, Germany, Italy and the USA. To emphasize, Michael Kors, COACH and Tory Burch products are stored in our USA warehouse, and our sunglasses and watches are stored in our warehouse in Germany. Most of our brands, such as D&G, Versace, Gucci are stored in Sweden, while most of the Italian brands are stored in our Italy warehouse.
In a rare case that your product arrives defective, we ask you to send us an e-mail to contact@yvesjavanni.com, with your order number and photos, showing the original tags attached. Damages caused by wear and tear, improper use are not considered defective items.
We offer a storewide, 14-day return policy on all purchased items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
We do not accept returns shipped via local Postal Services due to long delivery times, and any such packages will be rejected.
Products that are shipped back to us after the 14-day period will be rejected, and sent back to the original dispatch address. Read more on our Return Policy.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases, banks and credit card companies may have delays in processing refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed, send us a message to contact@yvesjavanni.com.
Products
Yes, we only sell original, brand new, and unused products that are end-of-season, and overstock products sourced from the brands themselves, licensees, and official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product, and all products come with the original tags, original brand packaging and dustbags.
We offer overstock products sourced directly from the brands themselves, so it is unlikely that we will restock the same item(s). We suggest finalizing your purchase at your first convenience.
Normally, we receive roughly 300 new products per week that are added to our website ready for purchase. Remember to check us out regularly!
